My boss is a child and the last week proved it. I am in at employee at will state working part time (just below full) for way less than anyone in my position. I ended up being the most skilled person(trade job) in the crew and now he’s kinda screwed. So of course he babies up and takes me off the schedule next 2 weeks except when he has a job no one else can do for tomorrow and Tuesday. I kinda just wanna tell him that I tried to be an adult and quit the proper way, but no thanks to do your dirty work for 2 days than goodbye.
