Working for a small family business – worst idea ever

So I think it’s my fault. I quit my job being a stewardess for something less stressful, easy, and gave me more time to have a normal life and sleep schedule. I was desperate and called in this job and got hired a couple days after. They told me the job was stressful, and that I was being hired for part time evening/overnight. So I think it’s my fault. I quit my job being a stewardess for something less stressful, easy, and gave me more time to have a normal life and sleep schedule.

I was desperate and called in this job and got hired a couple days after. They told me the job was stressful, and that I was being hired for part time evening/overnight.

But they didn’t tell me that I was being trained full time during the day. This whole job is stressful. The boss micromanages EVERYTHING. Looks at every email, document, chat message, and interaction sent. It’s normal for the people working there but it makes me anxious because it seems everything I do is wrong.

When they said stressful I didn’t know they meant because the boss comes and rants at you for writing the wrong information or something.

I’ve only been here for two weeks and I can’t deal with this. The people are nice but I’ve been trying my best to avoid jobs like this. Yet, here I am.
