I see a lot of shit about how it's okay not to tip on this sub. That is bullshit. We should all be for creating a more equitable system where workers who are currently considered tipped should be paid fully by their employers and not $2.13 an hour, but until we organize to affect that change, you are stealing someone's labor if you don't tip at a restaurant, and you are hurting a worker, not proving some point or standing against some system, and you are alienating people who work for a living.
