I don't know why but the scheduling manager loves to schedule it, so no one else comes in until two hours later and then I'm able to go on a break. Once my break finishes one or both people who come in go on their breaks, hence leaving me on my own to cover drive thru, front counter, curbside, fry station, bringing food to people in the lobby, and cleaning. When we get a rush and I'm getting pounded from all ends management loves to made side remarks saying I have to work faster, get in the game, focus, and overall, just get on my ass. It's like come on. I'm doing the job of four…five people and yet you want to continuously berate and hound me. The responsibility falls on you too given how you're not giving me help and essentially setting me up to struggle and fail over and over again.
