In fact, the OWNER has “no recollection” of me working there and has “no clue” what may have happened with my wages. I was promised that they would reach out. They have not. I have filed two claims with the Georgia Department of Labor. The first is for reducing my wages. The second is for NEVER paying me for any of the hours worked. No word from either. There are NO labor lawyers in my jurisdiction. The ones listed on Google are inaccurate/no longer working with labor cases. It's likely that I will have to cut my losses. The location is Valdosta, Georgia, for anyone interested.
