Boss has been telling people to leave immediatelyafter giving two weeks notice

I'm giving my two weeks at the end of this week. How do I make sure that if he does this that I'm able to get unemployment for termination? If there's some legal terminology I should know it would be helpful going in so I know what to say to him when he reacts this way.
