Quitting my front desk hotel job..

Today I quit on the spot. I'm a female working a hotel front desk job. It is really difficult for me as I had many guests harass me in the past. Some were trying to gain s** favors and others were just entitled. I was at my limit because I already told my manager I was quitting soon. A guest was walking out and asked if he could park at the front. I told the guest that we charge 30 for parking per night and he can't park at the front because his car will be towed away (not by us but by the parking lot's owner).

He could not hear me so I repeated myself louder and then he got all aggressive at me. And started yelling in my face, his spit landing on my face saying that I was yelling at him. He said the other new front desk said he could park for free, but the new guy does not know all the fees yet because he only been there for 2 days.

Then he yelled for manager and I told him the manager was not here because the manager is really not in today. It's his day off. He was about to get even more in my face but my male coworker stepped in and told me to go to the back office.

I could overhear that guest complaining to my coworker and calling me a b** and a roach from the back office and falsely saying I was being racist (plus my coworker agreeing to comply with the guest and get him to calm down) when race is NOT a factor at all on what hotel policy or fees are. I am simply doing my job. I was really upset and I started crying in the back office and then decided to quit on the spot.
