My colleague has been sick all day, refuse to work from home or take a sick day because my boss was pressuring her about deadline. She even fell asleep at her desk but refuse to do a covid test.
And now I wake up sick. Because of all this, I have to waste a sick day and a happy weekend to stay in bed. I dont care about deadline, I am not working.
Why do people/boss not realise that they are making everything worst by forcing people to work throught sickness. I bet I'm not the only one that catch it from her.
