To me it looks like a typical Texas “small” business: overworked, underpaid staff and an executive board concerned with nothing but growth.
The guy started working for them in 1998 and between then and 2013 he was made comptroller. Of the whole company. For 50k a year. My first year as a Jr. Project Manager for one of the worst companies in the US I made 2k a year more than that.
I mean, yeah, he personally enriched himself, but at the same time I don't feel like he did anything all that bad. He just bled the beast in my eyes.
