Non US here. I was hired about 6 months ago to do some account management. I had done sales for years before that and frankly I'm over it and so I took this job as a way to get away from it.
Business starts to struggle globally and so it's now all hands on deck. Ok… I do my bit but after about 4 months of this, stress starts to build up and i start falling behind targets because I'm now in a sales role and not an account manager role.
Just got an email from my bosses boss that we're to start working 4 days a week in the office. But we don't have a fixed office so it's constantly dragging my work stuff between 2/3 different hot desks.
I'm done. Currently looking up new jobs that'll tide me over while I study a new degree while I reinvent my life.
