Manager is abusive. Hr or should I say something directly to her?

I work remotely for a giant hospital system. I’ve been in my new role for a month and training has been fully remote. I have an hour of directly zoom training with my manager every day. I dread this hour because she is incredibly mean and hostile to me. Not to mention she has me write out emails while sharing my screen so she can micromanager every word. Last Friday, she yelled at me for sending an email without her approval. I was shaking by the end of our zoom meeting. Im trying to quit this job asap, but maybe getting fired would be better? Thinking about doing bare minimum until their fire me. In the meantime, do I go to HR to document her behavior towards me? Or should I say something to her?
