Feeling walked on

I've been with my job for a year, I'm the newest at my specific location but we have another one on the other side of town with newer people. I'm a barber and when I initially started there weren't enough stations so I had to schedule myself around other people to use their stations when they weren't there. We eventually added another station and I was given the open one. I wasn't told I'd have to share because we had the exact amount we needed but it wasn't explicitly said THIS IS YOURS. Fast forward a few months and a guy from our other location starts working at ours every other Sunday. He comes to me personally and asks me if he can use my station because “I'm too tall for the others” I said yes and would move every other Sunday for him even though I was working too.…

He comes to me personally and asks me if he can use my station because “I'm too tall for the others” I said yes and would move every other Sunday for him even though I was working too. Current day, he has decided he doesn't like the other location and wants to work at this one more. So now he works mon-wed and every other Sunday. Except he still wants me to move more days even though I was initially doing it to be nice. There are stations available for him to work at that people are off on the days he wants to come in, yet he chooses mine the days I am already there making me stay late and come in early to move things around. I finally came to management about this because it's becoming an issue. What started as a favor has become him being entitled to my station and forcing me to work around his schedule. They backed him up. Said it was because I'm part time and new.

So he successfully duped me out of my station with some small bullshit excuse that he was too tall for the others TWO DAYS out of the month, and now has me moving about half of the month. I have 1-2 days a week where I get to stay in one station.
