I'm about to do an employee satisfaction survey for the Goodwill I work at, and I want to be specific with my numbers in my answers. But, it's been really hard for me to find their most recent profit reports. I don't know if it's because they're not-for-profit company, or if that even matters, but if anyone has any idea how I can find it, I would really appreciate it! I want to take the opportunity to show the absurdity of what they pay their people versus their profits; and include productivity increase compared to wage increase just for fun. If you can help, please do. Thanks!
