So there we go, annual compensation statement was provided to me some months ago, was told performance was one down from top level which is like the norm for me, year on year. So ratings are like 1-4, with 4 being best and that being a percentage for salary increase.
We were told in the past month or so that there is no compensation increase this year. We do our annual reviews and mid-year reviews but honestly what is the point?
I have mid-year review tomorrow and really cannot be arsed and to be honest, I've never felt more like telling it as it is.
