I’ve been on the hunt for a job since May, and have done 7ish interviews why i say ish is because two of them have been set up and scheduled and when it’s time for the phone/ zoom interview I either don’t get called and have confirmation emails that the interview is still happening or I have zoom calls where I sit and wait in the link they gave me and no one ever joins. What is the point of this!? I was supposed to have an interview at 2:45 today (so 20 minutes ago) and they sent an email confirming the interview and a text an hour before and I never got the actual phone call. I sent an email asking what’s up and if I should call the number they provided in the text message and nothing.. the lack of awareness and respect from these companies is crazy. It’s not like I have other things to do. And I bet money that I will not be getting an email back with an explanation. I have another interview tonight over zoom, let’s hope I don’t get ghosted yet again.
