I think this would be a reason for HR to stop being a completely useless feature of a company and force companies to high quickly rather than be picky and hold off positions forever, as well as, keep them from wasting the time of the applicants.
I cannot tell you how many weeks worth of pay I could have made off of applying to a company and putting literally everything that is on my resume into their stupid system. Why not make a standard system that I could make as a word doc that just instantly scans into all these fields without me, the applicant, having to write a bot for me to do that? OR!!! Just pay me to take your 45 min long personality test and for the 30 mins it took me to put my resume into a system that is just going to reject me anyways.
I hate the corporate world we have made for ourselves.
