Any ideas for someone looking to make a mid-life career change?

I’ve been working in the grocery business since I was 16 years old. I’m currently an assistant store manager and I’m burning out I’ve been working in the grocery business since I was 16 years old. I have been offered a store manager role but passed on it for a few different reasons. I have an associate degree and a Bachelor’s in psychology from a good college. I have a mortgage and kids. I think $50,000 a year is the bear minimum to keep my head above water. I feel stuck where I am because most entry level jobs start at less than that. Oh, and our compensation package is awful (no 401k match, extremely high insurance premiums (over $150 a week for myself,spouse, and dependent) and limited…
