I need help figuring out if my ex-employer erased my payroll from ADP

I’ve recently discovered that I can’t access my payroll or tax information from ADP. I can log in with the information I’ve always had but the tabs for payroll and tax information are gone. Tried logging in on their website and keep getting error 404. The app (which I’ve used dozens of times to check my past paystubs) lets me sign in but shows me nothing. Where did my paystubs go? Has this happened to anyone else? The internet says I have access to that information for 3 years under the law. Previously, before I quit I threatened to turn the owner in to the department of Labor if my last check wasn’t right. Did the owner delete the records? Should I contact ADP to check on the access to my paystubs? I figured I’d have to turn him in to the Department of Labor anyway, is it time?
