Work for a small business, don’t know how much more I can take

I work for a family business, in an expensive-ish city. The boss claims he's not a millionaire but in the last 2 years has purchased himself/his family around 700k worth of toys/vehicles(based on what the current market values were at the time) but has since 1. Bounced a check to the IRS(he left the letter just sitting out in a common area where literally every employee walks by Our main distributor no longer accepts checks, has to be paid in cash or via cashier check as the last 3 checks have bounced. 1. Our main distributor no longer accepts checks, has to be paid in cash or via cashier check as the last 3 checks have bounced.

  2. Neglected the equipment we use to the point where 1 has been sitting about 2 years now, 1 has been sitting about 4 months and the rest of the equipment has a laundry list of issues and always 1 step away from being out of commission, which in turn makes our jobs so much harder.

And the final, trying to get a raise. Our WORSR employee makes the most for some dumbass reason and the rest of us are struggling. His idea of “giving raises” is just raising his prices, we get hourly+ commission, but that in turn has drove business away.
Without my wife's disability, we'd be living in a cardboard box here.. I don't even know what to do anymore
