How to successfully lie in the resume in the linkedin era?

I'm a pretty competent programmer. I don't have education and in my country it's pretty hard to get a job without it. So I had to lie my way into the workforce, and I've got to say that it's worked very well for me. Up until my first real job the rest of my resume is a complete fabrication, I have 1/3 the experience that my resume has I say, but since I've always been coding in my free time because I'm a nerd nobody has noticed yet. I have two problems

  1. I want to make a carreer change, I want to find a job as a rust programmer. I don't have any professional experience with it but I've programmed with it in personal projects for a long time (1.5 years).

  2. Chasing a higher salary I've changed jobs 2 times in the last 3 months, which I don't think looks good at all in a resume.

My go to answer to both problems would be just to put whatever I want in my resume, but the problem is that linkedin exists, quite a bit of people follow me and it would be weird if my ex colleagues saw weird anachronisms in my timeline.

I also don't want to set my linkedin to private because that would make it really hard for me to find new jobs.

What's your advice?
