I've applied on the company website. HR reaches out asking if I am still interested because it's been a month or two since I applied. I ask specifics, hours required, compensation, benefits, team size, etc. They say, oh we can call you and discuss it. I agree and reiterate, it would be great to have an idea of what they are providing, since I provided my info already, then receive silence from them.
This is the equivalent of calling maintenance and saying the light doesn't turn on. But when I ask where and do I need a ladder or is this a table lamp situation, they don't reply. Do you expect us to walk around searching for it??
Remember you're short staffed and want help. We would like a job with a reliable company. But if HR is going to act like this WHY would we continue to pursue you? We already filled out your tedious application when our resume says the same information, follow through on your end.
