I’m a Prep cook. I make $12 and hour. I feel like I’m good at what I do and I get everything done that I’m supposed to. I usually have an hour to two to spare before the restaurant closes when I finish up so I’ll leave. Every night I made to feel bad for not staying another hour or two and closing up. Am I being a bitch? Am I being a bad worker? It’s not my job and it’s not my fault they haven’t hired someone but it still makes me feel bad. Am I doing anything wrong?
