Jobs need to get rid of the no phone policies.

I currently work as a security guard for a company that has a no cell phone policy. I ignore the rule anyway because they barely give me any work to do. Unless if I am working at a high traffic post or if I am working at a top secret facility, we should just ditch the no phone rule. As long as our work is being done, tasks done in a timely manner, who cares how we spend our downtime when all the work is completed.
