Hi, I have a problem with my manager.
I work as a head mechanic in a medium-sized factory. For a while I have to go to another country to disassemble machines and then install them in our company.
The problem is that the trip is during the Easter holidays and the manager doesn't want to pay us holiday wages nor the overtime that we gonna make. She wants to pay us like we go on a meeting, but we gonna do hard phisical and dirty work.
I told her that we will work minimum 13 hours a day to make the work done and she told me that it doesnt matter. Whats matter are the machines. LoL.
Any advice from you guys would be appreciated.
I live in Europe if it matters.
