So I work at an escape room that hired me to work. I showed up for some training a few min early on Thursday only to be locked outside for 10 min in 3°C weather because the Manager forgot her keys at home. Fine, shit happens and I wasn't too upset.
The same manager forgot to let me know when I work next so I ask the Owner (who I interviewed with) what time he wants me to come in. He told me 3Pm the next day. So I show up ON TIME and he says that I should be expected to show up 15 min early to set up. There was zero mention of this during our text message. And he tells me I can't show up late on the 2nd day and that I am fired.
