It’s horrible and disgusting but shit like this happens! I personally think you should always have at least two employees on the clock at the same time, not only to help each other out with the workload, but to be able to call for help if one gets sick or hurt and can’t do so themselves.
I really can’t see why having two people work the night shift is something people are against. Yeah, you have to pay one more person, so what?
