I’m at my breaking point here. I have gotten all these compliments from executives on all my hard work, my boss loves me, I lead every fucking project. I knew I was being slightly underpaid before this and I need to fix this ASAP as they are making us go back in 4 days a week. I can’t afford housing nearby, let alone a $200 monthly train ticket just to go into the office.
I am meeting with my boss this week to discuss my future here and I really need them to match me on the new employees salary as they publicly listed it as well.
I just needed to vent about this I have been so pissed all weekend and I wouldn’t be so pissed if I knew how much I fucking deserved it.
