About a month ago i had an interview with a company that seemed to have it together more than my current company but i stopped the process when they told me the budget for the role was less than i am currently paid.
I told the woman on the phone that the people and the company seem great but i need to make more than i am currently if I'm going to switch jobs.
Well she just emailed me about a re: recruitment process. (We'll be in touch tomorrow)
I have a feeling they, like every other company, are struggling for people and might be willing to expand their budget to get me on board.
Has anyone else been through something similar?
