I work for cleaning services company and I have been working here for a few months now. I like everything here not gonna lie except,,,, the manager. He is one of those people who think they own the place just cuz they are the manager. He pushes people he doesn’t like to the max, I mean to such an extent where the employee is forced to quit. He himself doesn’t work at all but expect the staffs to work like a machine. A very bad manager and a bad human in general.
Recently I found a very interesting thing about him. Since he is the manager, he can manipulate the staffs clock-in and clock-out timing. He can even clock-in for those staff who are not even on the shift. That being said, he has been clocking in and out for a person, apparently his wife, who doesn’t even work there, and then pays the salary for that person to himself in his second bank account. Since its a very big company and the owners are never on site, I realised this has been going on for months and the guy has been making crazy money this way. I would not care about this because our hourly pay is good too but the way he treats his staffs is extremely unacceptable. I even have the proof of the employee wage slip thats shows his wife getting paid every week and she doesnt even work there. If I write an email mentioning all these things, he is done for! So whats your opinion on me snitiching?
