so basically, apparently this happened like many many years back.
so he was some guy who did cellphone planning business, he was doing the best out of everybody else in a mall or something (he actually recommended plans), his pay was like 4$ an hour but if he got sales he would get more pay for the day.
so he had a team leader guy, so my dad was doing well selling phones and such, the team leader proceeded to rip the profits out of his pockets to give it to some girl who the team leader (who was in his twenties at the time) wanted to impress.
basically, the team leader was a simp.
my dad proceeded to quit the job.
this happened 20 years ago lol
just wanted to share this story my dad said whilst we were chatting in the car.
