I run a small social media agency that focuses on nonprofit organizations. I want to build my company into thriving business.
My hope is to create a company where people are fulfilled in what they do. Build a culture where they are heard, valued, and compensated fairly with free health benefits for the ENTIRE family, 401K, paid parental leave, etc.
I realize this is not everything that makes a great company.
