Should I quit my job even though I’m broke?

My job is physically demanding, terrible hours, I am underpaid and it just sucks all the life out of me. I've been trying to get a new one but just can't muster up the energy and focus to even update my resume because working just absolutely destroys my executive functioning. I'm in a really bad financial situation ever since I got this job because they just pay me so little that I can barely cover rent let alone other bills, I am a lifelong poor so I have always been extremely frugal and this is the worst financial situation I've been in. I have $1000 on my credit card from buying groceries for the past several months, and I unfortunately had to go to physiotherapy and was desperate enough to start talk therapy (which even at a rate for low income people is essentially unaffordable for me). But god I just can't do this job anymore. Working at 4am is killing me. The physicality of the job is destroying my body.

But I can't afford to quit, and finding a new job seems like an impossible task. I'm just all burned out.
