Fired after drug and alcohol test for a SPLINTER

I work in a soap factory as a machine operator, so perks of the job is always being covered in scrapes and bruises. I've been there nearly 4 years with no issue. We have these twins that are production leaders that will do ANYTHING to suck up to all the supervisors, but I didn't realize how bad it was until today. I got a splinter today after brushing up against a pallet, it happens a the time so no big deal right? Slap a bandaid on it and call it a day. It was tiny and hardly even a splinter. Well I came back from getting said bandaid and she told me my supervisor wanted to see me in the office. I got a splinter today after brushing up against a pallet, it happens a the time so no big deal right? Slap a bandaid on it and call it a day. It was tiny and hardly even a splinter. Well I came back from getting said bandaid and she told me my supervisor wanted to see me in the office. I had no idea why, and as I was walking to the office he was approaching me, and told me to show him where I got hurt. I was like okay?? Showed him the stack of pallets I brushed against, still not realizing what was going on.
Next thing I know I'm in the office filling out an injury report, completely shocked and confused. For a SPLINTER?? I literally come home covered in bruises, burns, and cuts every DAY and no one bats an eye. But my production leader reported that I was “hurt” to my supervisor, so following “protocol” I had to get drug and alcohol tested as well. I just got a medical marijuana card last Thursday for my PTSD after 15 years of being on every type of medication out there with no results. So naturally, I had THC in my system and was immediately suspended pending lab results. I live in a “at will” state and even though it's medically legal, jobs can still test for it and fire you for it.
I have been sick to my stomach ever since I got home. Not even an hour into my shift, just three days after getting my MMC, and this happens and I have no idea what to do.
