As the title reads. But more specifically, a new department needed to be created, meanwhile and since September last year, I've been working on the project that the department would do full time. They finally opened the position for interview and assessment, so I applied as I really enjoyed the job and would love to be full time in it.
I got ask one question that I failed. “Why do you want to work for this department?” I apparently answered it wrong! I answered that I enjoyed the job and thought it was a good fit for me as well as help me develop my skills!
Yesterday I was told I didn't get it because I “didn't answer about the needs of the company and how the job would impact the customers”. Which… Wasn't the question?
Anyway, I'm very pissed off because now I gotta go back to customer service and make less than 1k a month in a country in which that is above minimum wage.
