Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this. I work at Restoration Hardware, I’ve been there for almost a year and just had my review. The review was good, the raise was not. Given everything that’s happened this year, I’m functional make less now than I was when I started even including the raise. I emailed HR and told them that this was unacceptable. Long story short, I have a meeting with my manager, HR, and the head of our facility tomorrow at 4 pm and any advice for getting fairer compensation would be welcome.
