So about 2 months ago I started a remote insurance gig.This is my first time working in insurance but I'm not new to shitty jobs or management.
For the first time in a very long time I feel like my time is valued. It took along time to get here but can finally say I don't hate my work life.
Sure there are tough days( more so angry customers) but the support for new hires has been amazing and they pay us a livable wages.
While I don't dream to work, I do hope everyone on this sub can find meaningful work that pays well if that's what they so desire.
This process for me was 2 years in the making, don't give up. Ik I'm still going to try to fight for wage equality in ways I can.
