Recently I saw a post here that brought up the difference between someone that got a addition to their salary with the same company vs someone that switched jobs. I remember the switch of jobs brought on a raise of pay to the tune of ~15-20% whereas staying with the same employer was substantially lower. Does this ring a bell?
