I remember i worked my ass off at publix for about 7 month. My First 3 months evaluation, they rated me above average, was told if i kept it up i would easily get a dollar raise by the 6th month. During my 6th month evaluation the basically just said i was an average employee and gave me .11 cent or something. I quit shortly after and when my manger asked why, i stated “poor hours, boring job, and 11 cents quarterly raise.
