Setting limitations on salaried position

I'm interviewing for entry level IT positions and many seem to be salary. I want to make it clear to all potential employers that I will work max 40 hours a week, will not be on-call, and travel to other work sites counts against the 40 hours beginning the second I leave my house to the second I return to my house. I don't travel for free and I don't work for free. I will never do bullshit like 60 hours one week and 20 the next week. Where in the interview process do I make my demands clear? I have anywhere from 1-3 interviews for each position. TL;DR how and when do I tell a potential employer that I won't be a salaried slave?
