I work from home calling people all day- it’s structured and I’m timed. I started this job two months ago when I was 6 weeks pregnant. For job security, I’m waiting 90 days until I tell my boss about being pregnant. Because of being pregnant I have a lot of appointments. My boss likes to schedule day-of team meetings all at different times and they’re interfering with my appointments that I schedule over lunch. When I told her I can’t make the team meeting today (that she sent today) she said I either need to schedule appointments after hours (I work 8:30-5:30) or take vacation time. Not easy to do when daycare opens at 8 and closes at 6. Can she do that? Force me to take vacation time? If she let us know when the team meetings would be this wouldn’t be a problem. She says things like, “your health is the most important” but does things like this. Help!
