Rant about horrible management

Sorry if this isn’t appropriate. My blood is boiling. I’m on mobile so sorry about formatting. My manager does practically nothing to help us on the sales floor, and car sales the past year have been challenging to say the least. On average we will have maybe four cars on the lot to sell, with our sales goal being 20+. He regularly sends out store wide emails calling out employees for not doing something right or not doing enough. Everyone on our team regularly busts their asses. One girl I work with comes in on her days off without fail, and works at least an extra hour after we are closed every day. She is salary so doesn’t get paid for this. I have been loaded up with a lot of extra responsibility the past few months. Today in our monthly recap email I was shamed for not getting a positive review from every sold customer. I was never informed 1. That this is my responsibility
2. That my performance was an issue.
On Friday I was in my managers office as he was going over a new project he was putting on me. I was in his office for about an hour and at no point was the customer review issue mentioned.
And just now our store director was in my office chatting, as he and I are on friendly terms. My manager comes in, hands the director a folder of stuff I’ve been working on regarding the project we talked about on Friday. He briefed the director on its contents and never once mentioned that I was the one who did it all. The director commended him and immediately had to leave because another location had an emergency . I didn’t even get to point out that I did all the work.
My one year anniversary is in three days and I already want to leave. I get paid a livable wage here and I don’t have a college education so finding a better job is unlikely.
