Hi Reddit,
I'm a nonbinary person who is currently working (and living) on a farm as an employee. I am deeply overworked, forced to share my room, and suffering from a myriad of mental and physical health conditions.
I was just given a formal warning for being on the phone while i work (i was trying to access mental health services which is impossible any other time as i work 7.30-4.30 monday to friday.)
I wish to resign, but i dont know if mentally i can handle a two week notice period. Is there any way i can force my boss to give me pay in lieu of notice?
