I think this fits here

My company, like so many others, decided to allow us to work from home beginning in March of 2020. We've been working from home full-time since then with little issues and no client has had an issue with it. About a month ago, we had a meeting and they notified us that, beginning in 2 months, we'll be working in the office every other week. We've sold 3/4 of our office space, so they'll be cramming in 50% of the office every other week and we'll be sharing desks. Their reasoning is that, the “culture” of the office is important and they feel that social interaction is necessary. Despite several concerns (several older colleagues, at least 1 person with leukemia), they said it's non-negotiable. The only exceptions will be for people who live more than 50 miles from an office. Even then, it would have to be approved by management.…

We've already lost 1 person on my team and I'm sure several others company-wide.
