I’ve seen a few posts on here talking about work Facebook groups. I think it’s super weird. I’ve always just been added to a group text or email. Making it a group feels too public, even tho it’s probably a private group.
Also, what kind of legal authority does that give your employer in regards to your personal use of social media now that social media has been integrated into the workplace? Like if you use your personal phone for work sometimes they have a right to search it. Is this similar? Just a thought I’m having this morning
