I work for a catering company owned by a very well known university in Texas and my supervisor manually had me taken off her event and switched with someone else. My best guess is because she is acting this way as retaliation towards me refusing to end my 30 minute unpaid break early so I could help her [which she already had 2 other people helping her and the task at hand doesn't not require more than that amount of people] with something. I asked my manager why and after a series of questions he genuinely couldn't figure out why she did that. I told my manager I don't want to be on any of her events ever again because I refuse to work with someone who is acting like a child over me taking my well deserved, legally entitled 30 minute break
