Indiana, United States. So I get paid breaks/lunch. We’re not allowed to leave the property so I don’t. BUT they also tell me I cannot sit in my car even on the property???? I don’t feel like smoking my cigarettes in the freezing cold. This rule makes no sense and dunno if there’s a law where they can’t have that policy of me not being in my car? Thanks.
