How do you cope with all of this?

I had my first job at 14 and never stopped working since very recently (mid twenties). Every time I left a job, it was'nt tears of joy that were running down my cheeks. My bosses, or even colleagues were not the greatest. I tend to work myself to exhaustion. I also try to inovate things my own way. Needless to say, none of this went well. Anyways, I am currently unemployed as I just graduated and I dread having to find another job. I've been sitting in front of my old resume for weeks now and I can't find the courage to update it, let alone search for a job. I talked about this to my partner, but money can be a sensitive issue, so I don't want to push the subject too hard. How do you deal with the bad experiences you've had at work?
