After lurking on r/antiwork for months I can't remember reading a single thread sharing a positive work experience. By giving publicity to ethical companies respecting their workforce (& the environment), you're also helping the movement! We can't remember a list of thousands of nasty companies but we will certainly remember the good ones.
The following shift in goods & services consumption and in workers' ambitions to join these companies will reward them and punish the unethical ones.
Every rant on r/antiwork is basically useless due to not exposing the name of the company carrying the wrongdoing. While the reason was “to avoid a lawsuit” or “because I signed an NDA”… I call it a violation of your freedom of speech. I believe we can achieve a change in the system by shouting the names of the good companies.
