Getting Called “Little Girl” at Job

I’ve been working as a legal runner/receptionist at my current job for almost a year now. I got this job through my technical high school. Sometimes I love what I do because I’m very interested in law. However, I do have a few issues with my job. My number one is that my bosses, the two main attorneys, never call me by my actual name. They call me “little girl”. I got this job when I was 17 and I’m 18 now. Never do they bother to learn my name. Sometimes, my co-workers even call me that when they’re talking about me to the boss. There are only seven people in this office, including me. It’s always been frustrating for me and I’m anxious about saying anything to them because they’re both senile old men. I conveyed this to my parents and my dad thinks I should complain. My dad also mentioned to me yesterday that he cannot wait for me to leave my job as I have to use my own vehicle to run errands for them as well. I make $10.50 an hour for five hours a weekday. He thinks it’s not fair that I’m not paid extra for gas as gas is expensive as hell and I do pay for everything myself. Do I mention that I have to deal with very angry people as I work for a defense attorney. I look forward to putting in my two weeks soon.
