After 5 interview rounds and three weeks later, (which is ridiculous) I don't even get a job offer, not even an explanation as to why I didn't get the job, just feeling defeated and mentally tired. For some context I'm a new grad this spring in Finance getting my bachelors from a pretty great business school. I'm trying break into the fintech space and from getting my resume and cv reviewed and edited at school and reaching out to professionals on Linkedln it's been a completely nightmare applying for over 100 jobs and having less than 12 interviews, would love to hear some advice for job searching or just getting interviews in general. This was suppose to be a “great market” for jobs this year and I'm not really seeing that..
